Having just moved to HK from London, my company put me in touch with Flo at OKAY.com which was such a blessing, especially after some of the stories I had heard of agents in HK. From the very start of the process until completion Flo was nothing less than exemplary. She managed very early on to realise exactly what I was after, and filter the viewings appropriately. Anything that needed signing etc she would bring to my office, she just made the process so easy. I really can’t recommend her enough, and anyone lucky to get Flo as their agent will soon think the same I’m sure.

Kim was extremely patient and incredibly helpful throughout our home search process. She even went above and beyond the call of her job by letting our little one use the bathroom in her house for an emergency stop! Her knowledge of the area is supreme and she also saved us valuable time by already knowing places extremely well or viewing them ahead of time and providing valuable feedback. We will definitely recommend Kim to any of our friends when they are looking to move - and not just for the Clearwater Bay and Sai Kung area but for places in general. Ruby has helped us find several apartments since we first arrived [in] Hong Kong in 2006. She understands perfectly our needs and always shows us plenty of different locations so we can compare the value we can get for our money. Our last apartment she got us in Bowen Road really ticks all the boxes in terms of our wishes.
