Ning was also very proactive in working with the landlord to obtain a fair rental price, and to ensure all the minor fixes that were done before I moved in. Ning was always responsive when I needed her, and she saved me hours of worry! Everything went smoothly because of her!

A friend recommended Jayde as we desperately needed a new apartment to cater to our growing family, and were unable to find anything suitable on-line. After briefing Jayde on our specific criteria, she was quick to show us places that – to our pleasant surprise - matched what we were looking for. We con-currently put in offers on the second and third places Jayde showed us, and were impressed with he professionalism. We were particularly impressed by the fact that Jayde rigorously negotiated both apartments, even though the agency structure for one of the apartments meant her fee would be considerably reduced. She still put our best interests first. The settlement process and apartment move were also smooth as Jayde ensured all aspects were thought of and addressed.
