Although we considered several different property agents in Hong Kong, my husband and I are so glad we went with OKAY.com. Flo was professional, courteous, organized and efficient. She understand what we were looking for, showed persistence when we felt discouraged, and demonstrated excellent intuition by showing us a flat in an area we hadn't even considered. Jayde enthusiastically promoted our apartment and through her professional and efficient service found excellent tenants for us. We were very impressed with the liaison she provided between us, as the landlord, and the couple who rented our apartment. Jayde responded quickly to enquiries from both parties and always had a smile and helpful suggestions. We look forward to working with her again in the future.
