Sonam was absolutely fantastic in helping me find home in Hong Kong. First, she is pleasant, balanced and reliable. She does not just communicate for sake of winning business but genuinely tries to understand client’s situation and circumstances, and then customises suitable viewings. She has the domain knowledge and understands the local nuances, which definitely helps in case of an expats. She is quick, communicates effectively and shares her views, often highlighting cons of why a place may not suit despite client going ‘Wow’ at first glance. She is thorough on documentation, commands good understanding of tenancy agreement and market nuances. More importantly, she is very good at negotiating with the landlord/agent, provides counter points and alternatives and strives to work in my/tenants best interest. Jayde was an absolute pleasure to work with, not to mention a super fun person to go flat hunting with! I was on a very tight time frame and in the middle of an extremely busy period in my life, but Jayde helped make the entire experience smooth and seamless and found me a beautiful flat in Happy Valley in the space of two days. Jayde handled all the documentation and correspondence between myself and my new landlord, to the extent that she was shuttling back and forth between my flat at the time, my office, her office and everywhere in between to get everything signed off in time for moving day. Even while Jayde was out of town on vacation, she was working to help me secure my new flat because she knew how much I loved it.
