Gertrude was very detailed oriented and patient with us; from arranging picking us up to really listening to our needs and to communicating with the landlord on everything we needed to change and fix up. As our realtor, Shirley has been dedicated and persistent in trying to find the best rental apartment that fits our requirements. This task has been made more difficult as we had to move during the 5th wave of covid lockdown in HK.
