There were actually many more accolades I wanted to mention like being such an excellent and unbiased representative for both parties, taking the time out of your busy schedule to check progress and even beautify the place on your own (throwing away trash, flushing the pipes, etc), your objectivity and sage advice etc... but I figured short and sweet is probably more effective for the larger audience :) Definitely look forward to continuing our relationship both in this capacity as well as if/when my other unit in the Mid-levels becomes available again.

My partner and I had been looking for a new apartment via another agent/firm for multiple months and were ready to give up hope. After signing the contract, she still helped us on detail arrangements with landlord and also utility stuff. Really appreciate that we have such a responsible, detail-oriented, and good taste agent like Shirley to lead us to this happy ending.
