We had only 2 days to find our new house in Hong Kong. Andrea quickly understood what we were looking for. She selected only houses which matched with our criteria. Andrea is super professional, everything was prepared, no waste of time and we did it! We found the perfect match thanks to Andrea. Cherry on the cake, when we moved in, we found a bottle of champagne with a lovely message from Andrea. « Home is not a place, it’s a feeling » and it’s true!

She’s really great and very pro active finding/recommending us other suitable properties when the ones we chose were not up to our liking. She also, for no extra fees, helped us secure and prepared contracts for an additional Carpark. She was also very quick on completing all the contracts and paperwork, even if she had to come a long way to our house to meet us for cheques and signature. Definitely the best agent we had by far in Hong Kong!

We really appreciated Kim's help and her ability to guide us through the whole process of leasing out our property. She is a very responsible agent and took the time to thoroughly explain all the details to us before signing the tenancy agreement. Thank you Kim!
