I conveyed my expectations and desires for an apartment and Ning was able to quickly organize a viewing tour. With her wide contacts I received a shortlist of apartments on a link which I could express my preliminary interest. Post which she quickly secured apartment viewing within a couple of days. I can not say enough about Tammy and her professionalism and customer focus. She took full ownership of a difficult process and it would not have happened without her. There were significant last minute issues over the weekend with multiple parties involved in getting everything sorted and Tammy took full control.
