Elma was INCREDIBLE. She very quickly learnt exactly what we wanted and only took us to view flats that aligned instead of trying to sell us something not quite right. She observed our reactions to flats and used these in her searches. When we did find a flat she very thoroughly checked it and negotiated extensively with the landlord. We are so grateful!

She is a fantastic human being and will make sure to understand the requirement well. Biggest differentiator she will not treat you as client but guide like a friends or family member. Keep doing great job n helping people find their right choices in Hong Kong
