Stephanie took the time the explain the area in detail and was very knowledgeable when answering any questions I had! She showed us places that would work for our family and took her time when showing us around. Gertrude was very detailed oriented and patient with us; from arranging picking us up to really listening to our needs and to communicating with the landlord on everything we needed to change and fix up.
