My wife and I relocated to Hong Kong in 2016 from the Cayman Islands. We spent a few weeks in Hong Kong looking for possible locations in May 2016 and having decided on Discovery Bay asked Nina to help us find a perfect premises for our needs.Nina showed us a selection of properties that all met the specifications, helped us chose one, negotiated an arrangement with the landlord and another agent, organised all the paperwork, sorted the opening of utility accounts, picked up the keys and checked the property, met us when we arrived and welcomed us to DB. She kept in touch during our first month to ensure all was well and was full of useful advice. I can't recommend her highly enough. Amelia was amazing! I was under a very tight deadline to move and was traveling when I contacted Amelia to help me to look for an apt. She went out of her way to check out apartments and sent me videos and pictures for me to choose from when I was traveling. Given my timeline we had to view 12 apt in 1 day and she was so patient and caring and always put my interest first. After I signed the apt she was so helpful in liaising and following up with the landlord on handover! Amelia made the whole process of looking for apt and moving so smooth and stress-less for me!
