We worked with three OKAY.com agents during our home search and want to thank each of them for the high quality assistance they provided. Bjoern, Nora and Soi were amazing to work with. They showed us the many different property options available across Hong Kong. We are especially grateful for the guidance and honest answers they gave us in response to our questions as we tried to best understand the benefits and detriments that we would experience in each location. Their hard work resulted in making our family extremely happy with our choice on the South Side.

Joanne was nothing short of exceptional. From our first correspondence, to the hand over, she was highly professional, friendly and accommodating to our needs and schedule. Vion was very accommodating and helpful. She didn't push me to get a particular place but instead gave me the space to consider which apartment I like. She also helped to look out for blind spots (e.g. fridge not working, water pipes not working, missing bulbs etc) which I was not as familiar with. Finally, Vion was also very helpful and helped me to secure furniture and arrange for movers to bring the furniture into my new place (and oversaw the move as I was overseas). I'm very pleased with how helpful and above and beyond that Vion went to, and would highly recommend her to my friends.
