Kim was extremely patient and incredibly helpful throughout our home search process. She even went above and beyond the call of her job by letting our little one use the bathroom in her house for an emergency stop! Her knowledge of the area is supreme and she also saved us valuable time by already knowing places extremely well or viewing them ahead of time and providing valuable feedback. We will definitely recommend Kim to any of our friends when they are looking to move - and not just for the Clearwater Bay and Sai Kung area but for places in general. Shirley helped me ultimately rent the dream apartment. I was very impressed by her tenacity and her grit to get things done. She was also very efficient and effective in sorting out all the small details of renting including gas, water, electricity as well as sorting out insurance.
