Shirley is hands-down the best agent we have ever worked with, and I don’t say that lightly. She has exceptional dedication to her craft, and works long hours to ensure her client’s questions are answered – she truly goes above and beyond. Without hesitation, Shirley has always made us feel like a top priority. She is incredibly responsive to all matters ranging from house-hunting to helping us communicate with the Landlord on various issues post-move in. Overall, she has swiftly responded to all our queries and concerns, and is a real joy to work with. I highly recommend Shirley. I’ve already referenced her to my friends, and am happy to refer her to anyone who is looking for a new home. Tommy went above and beyond to help me find a place that genuinely had the things that I was looking for. He was a great communicator in listening to my requirements, and he was very responsive to my questions. Tommy supported my move and additional requests and provided an excellent level of service meeting me close to work and genuinely making things as easy as possible for me. There were actually many more accolades I wanted to mention like being such an excellent and unbiased representative for both parties, taking the time out of your busy schedule to check progress and even beautify the place on your own (throwing away trash, flushing the pipes, etc), your objectivity and sage advice etc... but I figured short and sweet is probably more effective for the larger audience :) Definitely look forward to continuing our relationship both in this capacity as well as if/when my other unit in the Mid-levels becomes available again.
