Although we considered several different property agents in Hong Kong, my husband and I are so glad we went with OKAY.com. Flo was professional, courteous, organized and efficient. She understand what we were looking for, showed persistence when we felt discouraged, and demonstrated excellent intuition by showing us a flat in an area we hadn't even considered. We fell in love and it has become our home. Even after moving in, Flo has kept in touch and provided help for us in every aspect of moving into our place and adjusting to life in HK. Kim was absolutely incredible to work with, and (for me at least) sets a new benchmark in what I should expect from an agent in the future (which will no doubt be Okay and/or Kim!).
