I am so thankful for Sonam and how she helped us find the apartment of our dreams. She was very professional and patient, we weren’t easy clients to please and she has been going around with us for almost 3 months. When it came to getting the best deal, she did not disappoint. I've always found moving house very stressful, but working with Amelia meant this was my smoothest move to date. She arranged viewings one day after we first connected, and my new lease was signed just two days later! She negotiated well on my behalf to secure a more favourable deal. She also arranged the movers for me. This was a huge bonus, as otherwise I would have had to wait longer to secure an appointment. She was very thorough in noting any defects in my new flat. Amelia also organised the transfer of utilities to my name which was another huge help in the run-up to moving day. I have been in my new place for a week now and am very happy here. I strongly recommend working with Amelia: she minimised the stress in the entire process and in addition to being an absolute professional, was very fun and easy to work with.

Flo has been extremely helpful and worked very hard (normally on weekends too with no complaints) to show us different apartments! Despite that ultimately we rented via another agent purely because of the directions of the other apartment itself, we will no doubt ask for her help again next time! We do highly recommend her to our friends and families!
