Jayde was effective and efficient - a truly excellent agent and a real asset to OKAY.com. She was extremely helpful to our new tenant and provided lots of useful tips, whilst being very considerate of the needs of both landlord and tenant. It was a pleasure working with her.

Maybe it is our fortune to meet LaLa and she helped us a lot to purchase our dream house finally after several difficulties. She’s really great and very pro active finding/recommending us other suitable properties when the ones we chose were not up to our liking. She also, for no extra fees, helped us secure and prepared contracts for an additional Carpark. She was also very quick on completing all the contracts and paperwork, even if she had to come a long way to our house to meet us for cheques and signature. Definitely the best agent we had by far in Hong Kong!
