Having just moved to Hong Kong, navigating the rental property market was daunting but Tammy made it so much easier. I'm very pleased with the support she provided throughout the process of securing my current flat, and will happily contact her directly whenever I decide to move again.

Ning was a fabulous agent with her friendly and professional service, taking the time to understand our needs while sharing her insights on each of the residential areas. She helped us to really focus in our search to the right buildings that would suit our needs and have the neighbourhood character that we desired. Would just like to give commendation to her assistance with our house search. Given how challenging it is in looking for a new house, what with our busy schedules and having a very active little girl as well, Ingrid really made it seamless by providing us organized tours of our prospects, accommodating us on our time, and doing the liaising with the landlords on our behalf in terms of negotiations on pricing, as well as providing inputs on what needs fixing and such.
