We’ve worked with Suk-yin (Shirley) again this year when our 2-year tenancy contract ran out to find a slightly bigger flat to fit our needs. Flo has been extremely helpful and worked very hard (normally on weekends too with no complaints) to show us different apartments! Despite that ultimately we rented via another agent purely because of the directions of the other apartment itself, we will no doubt ask for her help again next time!
