Serenity Park - Block 7 太湖花園 - 7座

Landing in HK for the first time with a target to find a home with our 7 year old daughter was the target. Rosa nailed it!  The service level was second to none.  From the preparation before, viewings and the follow ups.  Rosa provides the full end to end service! 

She was very efficient in setting up all the viewings and giving me a sense of what’s out there. I can also tell she’s cultivated a lot of relationships with her clients so that she could give me almost first access to some of the available units. She was always super responsive and very proactive about letting me know what I should do or consider.

We would like to thank Janis very very much for her support and commitment in understanding our needs, wishes, limitations, timing etc. She was very professional and awesome during the tough process of finding a home and moving from a foreign country. Our wholehearted appreciation goes out to her and we wish we can repay her somehow in the future.
