Jayde did a great job in finding an excellent tenant that fit my expectations. Prior to working with her, I had rejected a number of offers over the past couple of months. Jayde was able to deliver where others had not and in just one day she had finalized all terms with both sides very happy. She attended to all the details, and always walked an extra mile with myself and the tenant given that we had a busy travelling schedule. The house was handed over very smoothly, and all the paperwork was arranged in a very professional manner. I needed to find a place very quickly, and Flo was amazing. She listened to what I was looking for and only showed me properties that she felt would meet my needs and my budget. She also has quite a lot of knowledge about different areas and let me know what was available in terms of entertainment, transportation and even everyday necessities and goods. When looking at units, she also helped me to visualize what would go where and how the space could best be used. She was always very up front and honest about the pros and cons of the different areas and the layout designs. Once I found a place I liked, Flo had all my utilities set up and had me moved in to my new place within a week.
