We didn't really know what we wanted, other than 3-bed and more space, Shirley Suk Yin-li helped us through our changing minds: we started in Tin Hau and then settled on Mid-Levels and then, after seeing dozens of places, had a new idea: Kowloon Tong. Shirley stayed with us all the way and showed us some great places all over town (coming with us on MTR as we don't like motor vehicle transport!) and in the end we found the perfect apartment, beyond expectations and a real find. Good job Shirley, thanks for your great efforts, most agents would get frustrated when the client keep changing the budget, the district, the size etc etc. Shirley was also very helpful during the handover process, with utilities and internet and some minor works required. Colin represented the best of rental agents. From the start, he was careful to discern our requirements and showed us what we wanted. He did not waste our time and responded promptly to our views, picking up quickly what would not suit us. He was patient and not pushy. He sensitively intervened and protected us from aggressive agents and worked collaboratively with others. His empathy, clarity and professionalism meant that we did not want or need any other agent. When the deal was done, his excellent after sale service setting up all utilities and services meant we had no worries about moving in from day 1. Nina is brilliant and super efficient and made moving to HK so much easier for us! She quickly grasped what we were looking for and did a fabulous job in finding us the most convenient and safe place to live in a short span of time. Nina has been very friendly and helpful with questions we had regarding life in HK, which helped us with schooling and other decisions. My son started calling her "Nina, mommy's friend" and I felt the same way about her. It was easy to trust her! She is a great agent and we can honestly recommend her!!!
