She was always very pro-active in contacting us and employing her knowledge and tools - all of which reassured us immensely and confirmed that our best interests were of paramount importance to her. We have no hesitation in recommending Nina for a truly comprehensive and professional service from start to finish - an unfortunately rare commodity these days.

When I met Martina, I had a good feeling that she could find the right tenant for me. She has a lovely friendly personality, and I think is very hard-working. Martina constantly kept in touch with me, and I didn't have to wait too long before she introduced the Ko family to me. I also think she has good knowledge and experience with the property market. It was a pleasure to work with Martina, and I know I will be contacting her again when I have another vacant apartment !

She’s really great and very pro active finding/recommending us other suitable properties when the ones we chose were not up to our liking. She also, for no extra fees, helped us secure and prepared contracts for an additional Carpark. She was also very quick on completing all the contracts and paperwork, even if she had to come a long way to our house to meet us for cheques and signature. Definitely the best agent we had by far in Hong Kong!
