She took care of vital communications to the landlord to ensure I would succeed. She took videos, answered dozens of my questions. She was available morning, noon, and night. She deserves to hold a very high position at the agency. She should train others and take very high commissions. She is truly special. I am exceedingly grateful for her time and effort. Gertrude was very detailed oriented and patient with us; from arranging picking us up to really listening to our needs and to communicating with the landlord on everything we needed to change and fix up. She is very professional and after having dealing with many property agents.. she knows her stuff inside and out ! I highly recommend her to everyone whose looking for and apt/house.

I want to express my heartfelt thanks to Louise Garnaut and praise for her professionalism. I met with Louise just a few times but during that time she gave me a deep impression for her cheerful smile, caring attitude and excellent preparation skills. I remember when my tenant brought their kids to the house in late September. After bidding farewell, Louise showed them the village environment and ended up driving back for water. Louise also refilled the kids bottles in case they needed on their way home. Most importantly, she was EFFICIENT - finding us a good and suitable tenant in a month!
