Ning has been most helpful with my search for an apartment. She understood my requirements and my preferences, and was able to show me a number of selections that were real contenders. Ning was also very proactive in working with the landlord to obtain a fair rental price, and to ensure all the minor fixes that were done before I moved in. Ning was always responsive when I needed her, and she saved me hours of worry! Everything went smoothly because of her!

Jane knows the HK market very well and was an excellent judge of the types of places I was interested in. This means I didn't waste time and I didn't need other agents. Jane was very warm and friendly and very professional. She was always at a viewing ahead of time and had already looked at the place in detail. I hate to be competing with the agent to look! Jane left me to view in peace and then had lots of pointers afterwards to help me assess suitability. She also made room plans for me of the flat I was interested in and this was very helpful.
