I have engaged the services of many real estate agents in my time. It has been my experience that, generally speaking, they are fairly useless. Of course, there is always an exception that proves a rule. In this case, Kim and Nicki are just that - exceptional. Kim and Nicki ensured that every facet of our apartment search was faultlessly handled and executed. Even more so, they put their own personal time and resources in to ensure that the process went super smoothly. The difference, I think, between them and everyone else is sincerity. His patient, guiding demeanour meant that we felt comfortable and relaxed throughout the house search process and decided to work exclusively with okay. Even after finding our dream apartment, Anil worked with the landlord to ensure a transparent handover and move in process providing a truly end to end premium service.

Tommy was excellent. One of the best customer facing people I have engaged with. This started when we were introduced while I was in Singapore. He answered my questions promptly, even on weekends.
