FIVE STAR SERVICE! Gertrude was absolutely AMAZING! I couldn't have wished for a better agent! I have lived in America, Germany, Sweden, and Denmark, and it is safe to say that Gertrude went far and beyond with what I expect a housing agent to do. In fact, Gertrude was almost more of a relocation agent. Not only did she find me the best fit apartment, she offered concerns on places that she felt were not a safe choice, showed me around my neighbourhood of interest, was flexible with meeting times, provided numerous must-know tips of living in HK, and assisted in securing and setting-up some basic furniture prior to my move in. And, of course, Gertrude was SUPER friendly - absolutely an awesome person. Even after the contract was signed, Gertrude checked in with me multiple times to be sure all was well. I am certain I have missed a few compliments here. I will most definitely return to OKAY for my next flat search, and will request and insist that Gertrude be my guide.

I had the pleasure of working with Sonam, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She acted with exceptional skill and integrity on behalf of both the landlord and the tenant, consistently finding creative, fair, and practical solutions that served all parties involved. Importantly, I managed this entire process while living and working outside of Hong Kong, and Sonam still made everything completely seamless. Her ability to communicate clearly, consistently, and proactively across time zones was essential in ensuring the process ran smoothly and without unnecessary stress. Sonam was always timely, proactive, and incredibly professional in the way she managed issues and guided the process from start to finish. What truly sets her apart from other agents is her continuous involvement and genuine commitment to ensuring satisfaction on all sides, rather than stepping back once a transaction is underway.
