Jon Dukes

Originally from Yorkshire in the UK, Jon relocated to Hong Kong with his wife and understands first-hand both the excitement and challenges of moving to a new city. Having experienced the relocation process himself, he is particularly well placed to support international clients and families navigating Hong Kong’s fast-moving property market.

Before entering real estate, Jon built a successful career in technology, leading IT departments across the education and commercial sectors. Overseeing large-scale infrastructure, cybersecurity and digital transformation initiatives, he developed the communication, organisation and problem-solving skills that now underpin his work as a property consultant. Clients value his calm, professional approach, attention to detail and commitment to delivering a smooth and efficient experience.

Since beginning his real estate career in Hong Kong, Jon has worked closely with both local and international clients across the residential leasing market throughout Hong Kong Island and beyond. He takes a consultative approach, focusing on understanding each client’s priorities and lifestyle requirements to provide tailored advice and thoughtful guidance throughout the property search process.

Outside of work, Jon enjoys running, travelling and exploring Hong Kong’s diverse food scene with his wife and their bulldog, BonBon.
