Jane has lived in Hong Kong for over 30 years and offers extensive knowledge of the local real estate market. Having worked in the relocation industry for a number of years, she is accustomed to providing a high level of care and support to her clients through the home-finding and settling-in process. From negotiating the right deal to helping both tenants and landlords get established, she is a strong resource every step of the way.
Jane has long held a personal interest in the property investment market and is active in sales. She enjoys helping buyers to secure their investment objectives or find the right property to turn into a family home or retirement residence.
Hailing from Scotland, Jane moved to Hong Kong in 1989 with her job in marketing communications. She worked in this field for a number of corporations and also had a 3-year stint living and working in Shanghai. She and her family have lived in many different parts of Hong Kong over the years and are committed long-term residents.
Along with real estate, Jane’s personal interests include golf, learning Cantonese and hiking. Her favourite place to commune with nature… the Dragon’s Back above Shek O where the views are superb.

An outstanding agent who really makes you feel she cares.
Jane knows the HK market very well and was an excellent judge of the types of places I was interested in. This means I didn't waste time and I didn't need other agents. Jane was very warm and friendly and very professional. She was always at a viewing ahead of time and had already looked at the place in detail. I hate to be competing with the agent to look! Jane left me to view in peace and then had lots of pointers afterwards to help me assess suitability. She also made room plans for me of the flat I was interested in and this was very helpful. Jane had good knowledge of negotiating and how different landlords are open to different types of offers. This was very helpful.

Honestly can't recommend Jane highly enough. Our house was on the market through a difficult economic time and Jane was incredibly patient in helping us negotiate the uncertainty around how to price in a difficult market. We achieved a sale which we are very happy with. The whole process was smooth and efficient and I found Jane's positive energy combined with good old fashioned common sense to be invaluable when moving on from a home of over 20 years. Following the sale Jane subsequently found us a rental property which fits perfectly with what we wanted at this stage of our lives. Sales and rental, in both regards very happy customers.
