Why do we need to pay Agency Fees ?

- Agents spend a significant amount of time searching for apartments that match the client's criteria
- Agents have to visit flats beforehand and take pictures and ensure our database is up-to-date
- Agents are experienced in negotiating better prices for their clients
- Agents are responsible for verifying all the information related to the flats (e.g. Landlord, Building Orders)
- Agents need to oversee the organization of all the contracts (Offer letter and Tenancy Agreement) and ensure they are signed by both parties
- Agents do the formal handover of keys to the Tenant and ensure the flat is in a suitable condition before the tenant moves in
