Shirley is excellent. We have used her twice now and both times her hard work and dedication to us has been exceptional. On both occasions we have secured the apartments that we wanted- seen some great options and always had faultless communication. From start to finish with each rental Shirley has been diligent, polite, and thorough. We cannot recommend Shirley enough and any tenant would be lucky to be working with her.

Thank you so much. I wanted to take a moment to express how truly satisfied I am with the support Kate has provided throughout this process. She has been incredibly organised, consistently kept me informed, and generously shared her expertise and insights on the market. I’ve also really appreciated the way she ensured that communication with all stakeholders remained clear and well understood.

If I can be brutally honest - I generally haven’t had great experiences with estate agents and don’t hold them in high regard. Poor communication, not listening, not being flexible (and many other things of you require a full list :) Ellen, conversely, has been amazing and genuinely made what could otherwise have been a stressful experience a real joy. From the off Ellen listened to what I was looking for, clarified my requests, and then set about showing me only properties I would be interested in. She was totally transparent in her thoughts on each instead of trying to ‘sell me’; she was super responsive; she flexed completed to my schedule and ultimately once we found a property I wanted to move into, I really felt that she went the extra mile not just to secure it but also get due diligence sorted and arrange all the start-up utilities etc. This may sound like an over the top note but I mean it with all sincerity.
