I much appreciated [Ruby’s] work on the two real estate consultant jobs [she] handled for me. The first one was for the purchase of my flat and the second job two years later for the renting of these premises. I found [Ruby] to be a very professional person, working very quickly and efficiently and providing me with offers which were on the spot of what I was looking for. I needed to find a place very quickly, and Flo was amazing. She listened to what I was looking for and only showed me properties that she felt would meet my needs and my budget. She also has quite a lot of knowledge about different areas and let me know what was available in terms of entertainment, transportation and even everyday necessities and goods. When looking at units, she also helped me to visualize what would go where and how the space could best be used. She was always very up front and honest about the pros and cons of the different areas and the layout designs. Once I found a place I liked, Flo had all my utilities set up and had me moved in to my new place within a week.

She understood perfectly what we were searching for and then, when we found the perfect home, she was efficient, taking care of everything in a very professional way, always there for us when we had questions and made us feel that we were in very good hands. I would, for sure, contact her again in case we will need in the future.
