We worked with Rosa McCann to find a suitable apartment to rent in Hong Kong. We greatly appreciated her professionalism, as well as her profound knowledge of the Hong Kong real estate market, her “antenna” for the client’s needs and her valuable contacts. The communication was perfect throughout the whole process, the apartment offers were selected according to our priorities and the apartment viewings were flawlessly prepared. This has reduced the difficult and stressful moments of looking for an apartment to a minimum. Suk Yin (Shirley) was very supportive and patient in finding me the best apartment. I’d provide her with ideas here and there and she always responded back quickly with many options. She’d also prepared booklet for every viewing as well as detailed handover report at the end, which I find to be very nice features the company provides. It was definitely a pleasant experience working with Shirley and OKAY Property. I’d love to refer her/the company to my friends.

We appreciated her speedy responses and market knowledge of South Side and CWB. She was very peasant to deal with and we appreciated her time. It was a shame that some of the proprieties we were negotiating did not pan out (not for lack of Andrea's or our efforts to persuade landlords). Should we move again Andrea will be our first call.
