When I first arrived in Hong Kong, the housing market seemed very daunting. However, a colleague recommended Jayde and the whole process ended up being very painless. The combination of her understanding my needs and the excellent knowledge of the local markets and neighborhoods led to us finding a great place surprisingly quickly, which was a great relief. Cherie was extremely attentive in detail and gave us so much comfort in finding the unit which we were looking for. She also put so much effort in dealing with the owner during and after negotiations and we were very impressed with her ability to handle challenges.

Chris has been our broker a few times now. I fully appreciate every detail, from start to finish, that Chris provided in the buying/renting of flats and finding suitable tenants for our property.
