Flo is just amazing. Responsive; proactive, thoughtful. Didn’t have to worry about a thing. I had a parallel transaction with another agency on another property, and Flo was 100x better. I have hence decided to give Flo all my rental business exclusively for the foreseeable future.

I am a recent expat [that] relocated to HK from Spain. I contacted OKAY.com to show properties around Happy Valley. My time was also limited as I needed to find a property in a very short period of time. Jayde Pamuk organised a few properties for me to see, her personality made the experience a relaxing and easy one. During this process Jayde also [familiarized me] with the area. I did not only find a property on the same day but [she] also managed to arrange a good deal for me. The follow up process since my move has been consistent and Jayde has made it easy for me to feel like at home in a very short period. I will definitely recommend Jayde to any friends or anyone interested in finding a property! Thank you always for your consistent support.

I've worked with Ruby many times and can say in all honesty you won't find a better agent in HK in my opinion. She is highly informed, experienced, organized and effective. So say all my friends who have also worked with her. I think the key is having her accept you as a client because once she does she puts 100 percent into her work for you.
