I really enjoyed working with Susie. She was polite, friendly, professional, responsive and really listened to what we were looking for. She presented us with a broad range of options meeting our requirements but also gave helpful recommendations about locations and flats which we would not have initially considered but which were really great to see. We have had to move several times due to our jobs, and having lived abroad for many years, we know exactly what we want when it comes to our accommodation.
