With your persistent efforts you have averted a dire situation for both the landlord and tenant for which I am most grateful. We would like to thank Janis very very much for her support and commitment in understanding our needs, wishes, limitations, timing etc. She was very professional and awesome during the tough process of finding a home and moving from a foreign country.
