I recently moved to Hong Kong for work, and Daniel Sempere Pico was assigned by my company to help me find a new home. Daniel was fantastic. I had vague ideas of where I wanted to live, but Daniel's extensive knowledge of Hong Kong's neighbourhoods helped me narrow my focus. After just two viewing outings, I found my perfect apartment and Daniel secured it for me. I found Daniel to be professional, a good communicator, and very organised. He went out of his way to ensure I was looked-after, and his enthusiasm and passion for Hong Kong made him a pleasure to be around. I love my new home in Sheung Wan, and am grateful for Daniel's assistance. I highly recommend him.

Jayde was an absolute pleasure to work with, not to mention a super fun person to go flat hunting with! I was on a very tight time frame and in the middle of an extremely busy period in my life, but Jayde helped make the entire experience smooth and seamless and found me a beautiful flat in Happy Valley in the space of two days. Jayde handled all the documentation and correspondence between myself and my new landlord, to the extent that she was shuttling back and forth between my flat at the time, my office, her office and everywhere in between to get everything signed off in time for moving day. Even while Jayde was out of town on vacation, she was working to help me secure my new flat because she knew how much I loved it. I have already recommended Jayde to several of my friends and intend to continue doing so going forward!

It was a pleasure working with Flo. She made the process of finding a new home really easy and we have already recommended her to a number of our friends. She really understood what we were looking for which was demonstrated when she showed us an apartment in an area we hadn't even considered – we now live in this apartment and absolutely love it! Flo offered a lot of good advice based on her knowledge of the city and her experience in the housing industry. Her service also did not stop once we signed the tenancy agreement - she helped us move our utility accounts and continues to provide helpful recommendations. In summary, we really enjoyed working with Flo and will hopefully get the chance to work with her again one day in the future.
