I've always found moving house very stressful, but working with Amelia meant this was my smoothest move to date. She arranged viewings one day after we first connected, and my new lease was signed just two days later! She negotiated well on my behalf to secure a more favourable deal. She also arranged the movers for me. This was a huge bonus, as otherwise I would have had to wait longer to secure an appointment. She was very thorough in noting any defects in my new flat. Amelia also organised the transfer of utilities to my name which was another huge help in the run-up to moving day. I have been in my new place for a week now and am very happy here. I strongly recommend working with Amelia: she minimised the stress in the entire process and in addition to being an absolute professional, was very fun and easy to work with.

She was AMAZING! She listened to what we wanted and understood our non-negotiables. She showed us a variety of different properties and was really useful at pointing things out and askjng questions while we were looking around. She helped us when negotiating rent and gave us great advice. Jayde was so friendly and personable and I would recommend her to all of my friends. Thank you.

Ragers has been really passionate and helpful in helping me to search flats, though we didn’t work at the end, I enjoyed the process very much. He is dedicated and professional. I’d like to work with him in the future if there’s chance.
