Anil is so very patient, asked a lot of questions on my preferences to find out what i really like and a very meticulous agent. I think we discussed so much that we kind of know what kind of house I would like so the minute we went into this house that i'm going to move in to, we looked at each other and knew that THIS was the house and close the deal within the day. Anil went above and beyond his duty and even helped me to switch utilities account - no agent has ever done that. Do I recommend Anil? 1000/10 will. Don't think! Reach out to him if you need a flat!

Carment was friendly and so quick to respond to every and any query or request I had. He was ultra helpful when it came to searching for the perfect place for my dog, and made the effort to send a picture of my dog to any possible landlords in advance to be transparent for both parties. Jayde was an absolute pleasure to work with, not to mention a super fun person to go flat hunting with! I was on a very tight time frame and in the middle of an extremely busy period in my life, but Jayde helped make the entire experience smooth and seamless and found me a beautiful flat in Happy Valley in the space of two days. Jayde handled all the documentation and correspondence between myself and my new landlord, to the extent that she was shuttling back and forth between my flat at the time, my office, her office and everywhere in between to get everything signed off in time for moving day. Even while Jayde was out of town on vacation, she was working to help me secure my new flat because she knew how much I loved it.
