I have been relocated from my Sydney office to HK and my knowledge of the HK rental market was next to nothing so this made me feel very nervous and anxious. We moved to HK in early April and with new work, children's admissions and finding a new apartment in a short time frame it was all turning out to be a great challenge. Don was much more structured and clear in his communications and I never felt like I was being pressured to make a decision. Don was very professional in managing our rent discussions as well as tending to smaller items regarding the condition of the apartment. He gave excellent advice on general practice throughout the process and has been a continuous source of assistance even after we moved in.

Jayde did a great job in finding an excellent tenant that fit my expectations. Prior to working with her, I had rejected a number of offers over the past couple of months. Jayde was able to deliver where others had not and in just one day she had finalized all terms with both sides very happy. She attended to all the details, and always walked an extra mile with myself and the tenant given that we had a busy travelling schedule. The house was handed over very smoothly, and all the paperwork was arranged in a very professional manner. I feel very comfortable to look to Jayde and OKAY.com again for my property needs in the future.
