Ning has been most helpful with my search for an apartment. She understood my requirements and my preferences, and was able to show me a number of selections that were real contenders. Ning was also very proactive in working with the landlord to obtain a fair rental price, and to ensure all the minor fixes that were done before I moved in. Ning was always responsive when I needed her, and she saved me hours of worry! Everything went smoothly because of her!

Kerstin was very attentive and went out of her way to understand our specific needs/requests She worked hard to communicate with potential LandLords/Renters to answer questions / provide responses to any asks that we had As non-HK natives, Kerstin also provided expert guidance on the rental process (inc legal process/contracts etc) and kept us well informed along the way! Nina showed us several potential places upon our first exploratory trip to Discovery Bay, quickly learning what we, as newbies to Hong Kong, found important in a potential apartment. In the 6-month period between our visit and effective move, Nina informed us on all available premises that met our standards - with each proposition being a real potential hit. As we have two young children we were unable to fly back out to HK to sign the rental contract but Nina helped us through all the formalities while we were on the other side of the world - including a real-time video tour for our final selection. When arriving in Discovery Bay, we had more assistance than one could imagine, the water, gas and electricity were arranged, and Nina was awaiting us with her super golf cart to help us get our luggage to the apartment. Even today, 4 months later, Nina is still there for us in case there are any issues. She has been a real force that takes the headache out of moving.
