Twenty-nine apartments and twelve agents later, I finally found Jayde with OKAY.com! Flat-hunting in Hong Kong can be tumultuous and stressful but as soon as Jayde entered the picture it all became such a breeze. I had received Jayde's contact through a colleague and within moments of initially messaging, Jayde was sending me listings to review via a full-fledged site that was user friendly and aesthetically pleasing. I selected the properties I liked and was also able to provide comments on why something was worth viewing or not to avoid wasting any more time. Upon meeting Jayde for viewings, she was prompt and ready to go with a detailed portfolio of what we would be seeing that day. Opening the door to the 2nd property we viewed, I knew this was it! Working with Rosa to find an apartment in Hong Kong was a fantastic experience. She is well connected, highly experienced and extremely competent. She helped us to quickly identify a great new home here in Hong Kong. We only had a very limited time available for the search on the ground. Therefore, it was extremely helpful that Rosa helped us to pre-select the most suitable apartments before we travelled to Hong Kong for the viewings. Communicating with Rosa was always easy and once we had decided on the apartment, she also kindly helped us to set everything up (from curtains to electricity). She actually managed to convince me to take a unit in a building I had already viewed with a different agency and said no to. The reason was her attention to detail and her thoughtful explanations as to why she still thought it was a good choice for me. She listened carefully and empathetically to all my needs and preferences. She also managed to execute the entire process from viewing to handover with efficiency.
