When I first arrived in Hong Kong, the housing market seemed very daunting. However, a colleague recommended Jayde and the whole process ended up being very painless. The combination of her understanding my needs and the excellent knowledge of the local markets and neighborhoods led to us finding a great place surprisingly quickly, which was a great relief. Louise was responsive and l very much appreciated that she did not show me anything that was either out of budget or had the wrong specifications. The online system for viewing apartments was particularly professional. Louise was a pleasure to work with and I would not hesitate to recommend her (or use her again).

Carment was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He was very responsive, great at communicating regular updates and and pro-active in finding the right property for us and facilitating discussions with the landlord. We've tried working with other agents before, but Carment was far better than any agent we've worked with. He was very transparent and forthcoming throughout the whole process, including when it came to negotiating the rent and fees with the landlord. I would highly recommend Carment in the future.
