Suk Yin (Shirley) was very warm, friendly and helpful. She provided a number of options for us to look at. She was patient and accommodating with our requests to revisit apartments we liked. She gave gentle reminders of what to look out for and also cared about details that we may have overlooked. It was a pleasure to work with her. I would highly recommend Shirley to my friends.

I’d like to share my experience with Daphne, my housing agent. In short, It was truly pleasant to work with Daphne. She took every effort to help from find flats, check the room status, resolve issues and get the contract done. Actually, I had an issue on the refrigerator in the new apartment which I think it’s caused by miscommunication between landlord and his agents. I never expected this kind of situation so I had no idea how to solve the issue. I was very worried if I could continue the agreement because landlord’s agent was just trying to avoid the situation. But Daphne tried very hard to reach out to the landlord’s agent and solve the issue. She was willing to take the responsibility on what she did nothing wrong and convinced landlord and his agent to share the responsibility. I moved to the new apartment last week and my family are so happy with new apartment. It would not have been possible to get the TA signed without Daphne’s help. Daphne is such a professional perfectionist who I haven’t encountered in a long time. She has been keeping me informed of the progress, any conversations with Tenants, all the way through. She made me feel my property was very desirable throughout and every conversation I had with her was a pleasure. She has our best interests at heart. This was very reassuring and made me feel that you were helping us quickly and efficiently throughout the process. I have to say this has not been my experience with Estate Agents in the past.
