As landlords, we are often at the mercy of agents who typically do a stronger job of representing tenant’s interests over ours. However, not once during my interactions with Don did I feel this way. I always felt that my concerns and requests were of proportionate importance and his goal was truly to reach an equitable agreement between my future tenants and me rather than a quick and easy transaction for himself.
Don is a very personable, conscientious and reliable. Don's response time via email, phone or text is virtually immediate and I never felt left in the lurch with regards to my questions or guidance on next steps. I look forward to working with Don again and he will certainly be the first person I'll contact when my property becomes available again in the future.

We were very impressed with Ruby's knowledge of the market, attention to detail and particularly, the time that she took after the sale had completed to ensure that we were able to move in and enjoy the property without any trouble. Usually, the agent is difficult to contact and of no help once they have closed the sale, but Ruby was there all the way through, even to the point of following up days after we had moved in to solve a couple of minor issues. We would certainly recommend Ruby.
