I was put in touch with Daniel through a mutual friend as I was looking for a new apartment and had given myself roughly a month’s time to move. Daniel was the 3rd broker I contacted but the first to come back to me with options and a planned visit schedule. The places he showed me matched what I was looking for and all my criteria. I greatly appreciated his candour and he did not try to force me into options that were outside of my desired price range (which is one of the most annoying things about searching for apartments in HK). He met me on weekends and his days off to help fit my schedule and showed a genuine happiness to do so the entire time […] He [ ] has actually made looking for an apartment in HK enjoyable.

Nina Schulte-Mattler as well as OKAY.com as a whole did a brilliant job finding my first flat in Hong Kong. Nina is a very respectful, attentive and efficient partner. Every single inquiry was answered promptly and clearly. Nina placed me into my new home in less than a week and arranged everything that was needed, prepared the paperwork and explained it to me very comprehensively so I just had to sign and move in! She even got me the flat for a better price, I really didn't expect it! I will definitely be asking for Nina's assistance when I next have to move!

I arrived to Hong Kong without any clear picture of the real estate market here. Daniel was great in giving me some direction as to what to expect. He listened to all of my requirements for an apartment and got me my perfect match in just two weeks time.
I was very busy right after arriving in HK and could not afford to waste my time looking at apartments I wouldn't like anyways. Daniel would send me different apartment listings with clear pictures through email before we went out so at the end of the day I only had to physically go see about 3 apartments before we found the perfect one.
I love my apartment right now as it fits all of my criteria. If you value your time and don't want to waste energy, go to Daniel Sempere.
