Flat-hunting in Hong Kong can be tumultuous and stressful but as soon as Jayde entered the picture it all became such a breeze. I had received Jayde's contact through a colleague and within moments of initially messaging, Jayde was sending me listings to review via a full-fledged site that was user friendly and aesthetically pleasing. I selected the properties I liked and was also able to provide comments on why something was worth viewing or not to avoid wasting any more time. Upon meeting Jayde for viewings, she was prompt and ready to go with a detailed portfolio of what we would be seeing that day. Opening the door to the 2nd property we viewed, I knew this was it! We were very impressed with Daniel’s conduct and service throughout the whole process - he is definitely in the right job! Daniel was very friendly and professional throughout and also very knowledgeable about the 'in's and out's' of renting in Hong Kong. Not once did we think he was pushing us to view or agree to something we didn't want or understand. If we are looking for another property in HK, we would definitively utilize his services again.
