Jayde was a breeze to work with throughout the whole process of searching for and securing an apartment. Right from the start she was efficient and precise when it came to shortlisting apartments. Jayde was always in constant contact with us and would always respond quickly to queries. Jayde found us the perfect home to rent and it definitely showed when our son said one day “thank you mummy I love our new home!” We will only ever work with Jayde in future. I needed to find a place very quickly, and Flo was amazing. She listened to what I was looking for and only showed me properties that she felt would meet my needs and my budget. She also has quite a lot of knowledge about different areas and let me know what was available in terms of entertainment, transportation and even everyday necessities and goods. When looking at units, she also helped me to visualize what would go where and how the space could best be used. She was always very up front and honest about the pros and cons of the different areas and the layout designs. Once I found a place I liked, Flo had all my utilities set up and had me moved in to my new place within a week.

Lala was extremely patient and accomodated my needs when searching for a flat. She was also full of very helpful insights about each area we viewed. A real pleasure to work with!
