FIVE STAR SERVICE! Gertrude was absolutely AMAZING! I couldn't have wished for a better agent! I have lived in America, Germany, Sweden, and Denmark, and it is safe to say that Gertrude went far and beyond with what I expect a housing agent to do. In fact, Gertrude was almost more of a relocation agent. Not only did she find me the best fit apartment, she offered concerns on places that she felt were not a safe choice, showed me around my neighbourhood of interest, was flexible with meeting times, provided numerous must-know tips of living in HK, and assisted in securing and setting-up some basic furniture prior to my move in. And, of course, Gertrude was SUPER friendly - absolutely an awesome person. Even after the contract was signed, Gertrude checked in with me multiple times to be sure all was well. I am certain I have missed a few compliments here. I will most definitely return to OKAY for my next flat search, and will request and insist that Gertrude be my guide.

Shirley helped us find the perfect apartment recently in the mid-levels, despite a lot of special requirements for our family. We had taken the help of other agents as well before her, but it was Shirley who was able to nail the search and find one that fit all our criteria. She was constantly on the task and we viewed many apartments with her. She was very professional and able to understand our requests and act as a great liaison between us, the landlord and the landlord's agency. We really appreciate her help in our apartment search and would recommend her wholeheartedly to others as well

We appreciated her speedy responses and market knowledge of South Side and CWB. She was very peasant to deal with and we appreciated her time. It was a shame that some of the proprieties we were negotiating did not pan out (not for lack of Andrea's or our efforts to persuade landlords). Should we move again Andrea will be our first call.
